This PowerPoint presentation was created to deliver instructor-led training for a contact center startup in Summit County, Colorado, to increase clinic and patient satisfaction for multiple primary care clinics. Attendees included front office specialists, medical assistants, nurses, providers, clinic and regional management.

The primary focus of the training was to improve phone and face-to-face interactions with patients when calling to schedule appointments, ask questions about their lab results, follow up on specialist referrals, and more.

Learning objectives focused around 5 Essentials Skills for Excellent Customer Service:

  • Problem Solving
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Critical Thinking
  • Teamwork & Collaboration

This project will also be modified as an interactive E-Learning making it available for clinic management if periodic review is required.
